According to Xiaomi Pakistan’s official Facebook page the Redmi Note 9S is coming soon. Though a concrete date has yet to reveal itself the source notes that the launch is only a few days away.To recall the Redmi Note 9S is the mid range member of the current generation Redmi Note family which was introduced last month at affordable Xiaomi prices.



The Note 9S is the first Redmi Note to debut with a Snapdragon 720 G processor with its octa core CPU clocked at 2.3GHz and fifth generation AI engine that enhances performance by as much as 36%.


The chip is powered by a 5020 mAh battery and 18W fast charging technology.

Xiaomi has opted for 6GB + 128GB and 4GB + 64GB configurations to round off these internals.

If you’re already familiar with the Note 9 series symmetry focused design language there’s nothing new under the sun. The rear facing panel on Xiaomi Redmi Note 9s features a quad camera housed inside an inner and outer housing.The inner housing is pill shaped and it contains the main camera and its accompanying ultrawide lens.This duo rests on top of two more lenses enclosed in a squircle border and a rectangular bump.

The glass panel is on Redmi Note 9s is curved around the edges for a more ergonomic grip and Xiaomi has polished its ‘Micron level’ texture design to give it a glossy finish. You can pick from

The build has a side-mounted thumbprint reader that doubles as the power button.


The front panel presents an immersive 91% screen to body ratio and measures 6.77 inches. It’s punched in the center and produces an FHD+ resolution.The camera inside the punch-hole (or the ‘Tiny Dot’ as Xiaomi likes to call it) is a 16MP sensor with a tiny f/2.48 aperture.

The rear camera on the new Note 9s by Redmi combines a 48MP f/1.79 main camera with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle module a 5MP macro sensor and a 2MP depth lens. The setup can shoot in 4K at 30fps.
